8 valve tubular turbo manifold

A simpler Turbo manifold at a very good price

We have welded it so that it fits both Volvo 240, 740 and 940

In the original design of these manifolds, the turbo's placement is not good, we have now cut the manifold and welded it so that it fits well with a large turbo in the cars

We have started from a Holset Hx40 (truck turbo)

If you drive with a large Turbo (and sep wastegate etc) you should mount a reinforcement strut for this

-Flex pipe should be mounted at the beginning of the exhaust system so that it does not break in the turbo-

Flange: T3

Outer diameter of the pipes: 42mm

Material thickness: 2mm

The turbo ends up front and up, top mounted turbo

It will be tight against the water pump pipe, so you have to adapt this afterwards

e.g. cut the water pump pipe and/or weld on an aluminum bend
