High performance upgrade intercooler. This intercooler is developed in Sweden to replace the original intercooler giving increased performance and higher boost capacity with the need to cut the structure of the car.  All aluminium construction formed end tanks and optimized core design (60mm thick) to achieve best possible cooling efficiency combined with lowest possible pressure drop. Provides improved cooling, and the ability to run higher turbo boost if desired, without the risk of the splitting the plastic end tanks on the original item - a common problem!

Thickness of the cell package: 60mm (approximately 35mm originals)
Thus, the same thickness as the end tanks
Intended for original and tuned Volvo 240/740/940 Others
(For loads up to about 700hk)

The OEM intercooler rubber mounts in both the top and bottom needs the corners to be trimmed slightly because of the increased thickness.
